General Questions
The Hotel Es Moli in Deia will reopen on 15th of March 2024, and close on the 11th of November 2024.
If you wish to organize an airport transfer, please let us know your flight details (flight number, departure airport and landing time at Palma airport) in due course (minimum 48 hrs before arrival) sending an email to: recepcion@esmoli.com. The return transfer can be booked directly at the hotel’s reception desk 48 hrs before departure. Service with extra cost.
We kindly remind you that the TRANSFER SERVICE will only be confirmed if you have sent your flight details (flight number, departure airport and arrival time) to recepcion@esmoli.com 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Our rooms, their balconies or terraces, common areas and restaurants are smoke-free zones.
Due to our special location in the midst of nature, the hotel is not recommended for persons with reduced mobility.
Reservations
Reservations can be made directly at www.esmoli.com , or you can send your request to: reservas@esmoli.com
Check-in is at 15:00hrs, but if the room is ready before that time Reception will inform you. If not, you can enjoy the hotel facilities: Terrace & Gardens, Pool and Pool Bar or at our access to the sea Muleta until your room is ready.
Check-out is at 12:00hrs. After checking out, you can stay at the Hotel until the time you have to go to the airport or another destination on the island.
Cancellation and payment policies may vary based on dates and rate offers. Please check this information at your booking or send your request to: reservas@esmoli.com
The eco-tax is not included in the room rate. Please kindly take into account that as from the 1st of July 2016 and according to the Spanish Law, the corresponding supplement per person per night will be charged for any person over 16 years of age for the eco-tax.
Rooms
The Hotel Es Moli has a total of 76 rooms spread over two buildings: the main building (67 rooms) and the annex building (9 rooms). Our room categories can be consulted at the following link: https://esmoli.com/en/rooms-hotel-deia/
The Hotel Es Moli offers room service at the main building from 11:00-23:00hrs. The annex building doesn´t offer room service. Menu Room Service
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30hrs. It is served on the Deia Terrace located on the third floor of the main building. In case of rain or cold it is served in the Es Jardi Restaurant located on the third floor of the main building of the Hotel Es Moli in Deia, Mallorca.
Pool
The pool is 32 meters long and has a minimum depth of 80cm and a maximum of 2,20m.
The pool is heated during the months of March/April and October/November and has a temperature of 25 or 26 degrees.
Parking
The Hotel Es Moli offers a free of charge outdoor parking for its guests.
The Parking of the Hotel Es Moli offers an electric vehicle charging station (11kW) for our guests. If you require any further information, please contact recepcion@esmoli.com
Bikes
Yes, we kindly request you to send us the specifications and the bike model you would like to rent so we can check with our local supplier if this type of bike is available. This service has extra charges. Send your request to: recepcion@esmoli.com
Yes, the Hotel Es Moli has a secure bike storage facility.
GYM
The Hotel Es Moli has a GYM (free of charge for hotel guests) which can be reached from the lounge area on the 3rd floor of the main building (access is indicated).
Upon request our reception team can organize a private yoga class with a qualified teacher. Please send your request to recepcion@esmoli.com
SPA
The Hotel Es Moli doesn´t offer SPA facilities.

Restaurants
The Hotel Es Moli offers lunch service at the Sa Font d´es Moli Restaurant next to the pool, and for dinner there are two options à la carte, the Es Jardi Restaurant (closed on Mondays) and our Tapas Bar (closed on Thursdays).
The Hotel Es Moli offers the possibility to book half board at the à la carte Es Jardi Restaurant. The rate for this service in 2024 (drinks not included) is 48.00 Euros per person per night. We kindly request our guests to pre-book this service at Reception or sending an email to: recepcion@esmoli.com
Beverages are not included in the half board rate and have to be paid extra.
On Thursdays we offer a special Buffet Dinner at the Es Jardi Restaurant.

Muleta
The exclusive cove “Cala Muleta” has a limited capacity. Therefore, we kindly ask you to please book your access to it in advance at Reception or sending an email to: recepcion@esmoli.com
Cala Muleta is open from 10:00-18:00hrs. Lunch service at the little snack-bar is available from 13:00-16:00hrs (lunch reservation is required).
Cala Muleta is an exclusive facility for Hotel Es Moli guests only.
